Co-chairing the accessibility track for CHI 2026, the ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems — the premier venue for human-computer interaction research. Responsible for ensuring the conference is accessible to all attendees, coordinating with the programme committee and venue.

Co-organized the ELLIS Doctoral Symposium 2022, the flagship annual gathering of PhD students across the ELLIS network. Managed venue logistics, programme design, speaker coordination, and a €50,000+ budget — bringing together over 200 participants from across European AI research institutions.
